Bar Belvedere

Honestly nothing can be said about the view and the location, it's really beautiful but the beautiful story ends here also as the credit goes to the Conero and certainly not to the owners... the menu is sparse and definitely too expensive for what is on offer... we ordered a complete starter which had very little to it, not even a slice of cold meat or cheese each (there were 3 of us), completely tasteless olives and artichokes... now we come to the meat which in my case, the beef steak which according to what was said was supposed to being around 300 grams medium cooked when in reality I received a steak that didn't even reach 1 centimeter in thickness, totally normal (it wasn't bad but with nothing noteworthy) but the worst were the two portions of pork ribs... literally 4 ribs, two of which were practically bone-in and one full of fat, mostly dry... as a side dish we took the au gratin tomatoes, tasteless and all burnt at the base... what can I say, we arrived and were enchanted by the truly breathtaking view but we left with the bitter taste in the mouth. It's also a real shame to see in the reviews the obstinacy of the owner who doesn't accept criticism even from former regular customers. A place which, with small precautions, could be a real gem but which personally, at the moment, can only offer an aperitif with a breathtaking view...many restaurateurs would give a kidney to be able to enhance such a rare location
